We offer our members a unique Patient Assistance Program (PAP). This program allows us to work with members to help find financial or pharmaceutical assistance with medications through the coverage gap, commonly known as the "donut hole." Most of the assistance received is in the form of medications that are free or of limited cost to the member. Members may contact us before or during the gap for a review of their medications to determine if there are any gap options. Usually, the assistance available is dependent on the number of people in the household and the total household monthly income.
